This is the bullet train. Its Japan's equivalent to America's Amtrak, except it's about a thousand times better.

In Japan, everybody rides a bicycle to the local commuter train station. Japan is a country that has virtually no crime. None of these bikes are locked up.

This is the local commuter train around my town. If you lived in Tokyo, it would be a lot more crowded.

This is the same train during the off-peak hours.

This is the entrance to a local grocery store.

This was a shopping street in my town.
The street has a glass ceiling.

This is another picture of the same shopping street.

I lived about a ten minute walk from the beach. There were a lot of small fishing boats in my town. You could always buy fresh fish.

These are some of the fishing boats from my town.
